Ghee is one of the essential and natural fat which is the main super health food. Ghee is a form of clarified butter where its salt, milk portion, and water are separated by heating the butter. In Ayurveda, it is used as a form of medicine as it contains healing properties because after heating it leaves golden butterfat which is a form of easily digestible fat, contains ample nutritious facts.
